I have worked as a business consultant and in service design before. Although there are numerous ways to solve a problem, having a basic structure helps me quickly formulate the question, and this is the approach I follow. I also believe that the more curious I am, the more experiences I gain, and the more I test the structure, the more challenges I face and, consequently, the more it can be improved.
